All you need to run heroics/raids and even stop off at the AH between runs. It may seem like a lot of stuff but actually runs fairly light on the memory usage. I use a 1920x1080 monitor and changed the SpartanUI scale to 82% to fit Recount and Omen on the sides. The only addons that require quite a bit of changing to get it the way you want are Quartz, SatrinaBuffFrame and Grid, everything else should automatically look the way mine does, but may need to be dragged to the correct position on the screen.
